TY liquid medium for J8 culture

Reagents required: 

1. Tryptone – 5.0 g
2. Yeast extract – 3.0 g
3. CaCl2.2H2O – 0.83 g
4. DW - 1000 ml

Procedure:

1. Measure all the reagents and take them in a beaker.
2. Add nearly 950 ml DW.
3. Mix well with a magnetic stirrer.
4. Adjust pH to 6.8~7.0.
5. Volume up to 1000 ml.
